Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as DTDC and Professional Couriers. For international orders, the shipment is via Aramex. The production time would be mentioned in the product description, products that are made on order basis require 20-25 working days to dispatch. After dispatch, for within India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 - 12 days. Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared to the registered email address to track the shipment.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.

Once the products are sold they cannot be exchanged for replacement as each of the products are customised.
In case the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, the full amount including shipping charge would be refunded via the same mode of payment.

Products that have been customised as per clients requirements such a custom sizing or custom design will not be eligible for an exchange. Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
